FlightPush is an independent provider of online aviation education focused on FAA ground school and related learning resources.

FlightPush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the United States Department of Defense, the United States Air Force, the Air National Guard, or any other government agency. References to the founder’s aviation or military experience are provided solely for educational context and do not represent official policy, guidance, or endorsement.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a course or otherwise have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account or purchasing a course, you represent that you satisfy these requirements and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

FlightPush provides educational materials designed to help students better understand FAA knowledge and aviation concepts.

Our courses are not a substitute for:

• Official FAA publications
• Certificated flight instruction
• FAA testing standards
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Professional career guidance

While we make reasonable efforts to keep our content accurate and current, aviation regulations, FAA publications, testing standards, and procedures may change over time.

If any FlightPush content conflicts with official FAA publications or FAA requirements, the official FAA source controls.

You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and FAA requirements.

Certain features require a FlightPush account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity occurring under your account.
• Providing accurate account information.
• Promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the Services.

Every course includes free preview content before purchase so you can evaluate whether it is right for you.

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are reviewed individually. Generally, courses that have been substantially used are not eligible for a refund. We typically consider completion of approximately 10% or more of a course to represent substantial use, although we reserve the right to evaluate each request individually based on the circumstances.

Courses purchased using referral discounts are not eligible for refunds if that limitation was disclosed before checkout.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.

FlightPush does not store your complete payment card information. Payment processing is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated after course access has been successfully delivered, FlightPush may provide documentation supporting the transaction to the payment processor or financial institution handling the dispute.

This documentation may include purchase records, acceptance of these Terms, account activity, and course usage information where permitted by law.

Repeated abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

When you purchase a course, FlightPush grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased content solely for your own educational purposes while your account remains in good standing.

Purchasing a course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Unless otherwise noted, all FlightPush content—including lessons, quizzes, graphics, text, logos, videos, software, branding, downloads, and course materials—is owned by FlightPush or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce course content.
• Redistribute or publish course materials.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit FlightPush content.
• Share paid course access with others.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices.
• Create derivative commercial works from FlightPush materials.

You retain ownership of information you submit to FlightPush, including personal notes or feedback.

By submitting feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, you grant FlightPush the right to use those suggestions without restriction or compensation in order to improve the Services.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to FlightPush systems.
• Circumvent security measures or access controls.
• Copy, scrape, or automate collection of course materials.
• Share your account credentials.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

FlightPush relies on third-party providers for services including hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, error monitoring, and infrastructure.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies where applicable.

Please also review our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled.

We strive to keep FlightPush available, reliable, and continuously improving.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Maintenance, updates, outages, security incidents, or events beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

We may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features at any time.

FlightPush does not provide a guaranteed uptime commitment or service level agreement unless expressly stated in writing.

FlightPush provides educational resources only.

Purchasing or completing a course does not guarantee:

• Passing an FAA knowledge test.
• Passing a practical test or checkride.
• Receiving any FAA certificate or rating.
• Employment.
• Military qualification.
• Any specific educational or career outcome.

Individual success depends on your own preparation, study habits, instruction, experience, and applicable FAA standards.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, FlightPush is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlightPush and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlightPush for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Services, threaten the security of the platform, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

You may stop using FlightPush at any time.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Sections relating to payments, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

FlightPush is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, labor disputes, government actions, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party infrastructure providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal action whenever practical.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California.

We may update these Terms from time to time as FlightPush evolves or legal requirements change.

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Your continued use of FlightPush after those changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlightPush regarding the Services and supersede any prior understandings relating to their subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Failure by FlightPush to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
